Client Details

our client is a global recruitment business who focus on construction, infrastructure, energy, power, and renewables sectors. They are part of a Fortune 500 business listed on the US Stock Exchange with a global office network. They are seeking an experienced principal recruiter to join their team and assist in winning business and filling jobs.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Placing candidates into established and newly developed accounts.
• Working on contract and permanent vacancies.
• Interviewing and registering suitable candidates.
• Ensuring all candidates undergo a \”best candidate\” experience.
• Working to pre agreed financial objectives.
• Arranging candidate interviews.
• Attending industry networking events.
• Being involved in business development.
• Mentoring and assisting with junior staff members.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience of working as a senior recruitment consultant within the energy, engineering, or data centre verticals.
• Experience of engaging with senior level stakeholders.
• Experience of winning new business and able to demonstrate successful billing figures.
• Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
• Happy to be on the telephone speaking to candidates and clients.
• Able to attend networking events as and when required.
• Ambitious and able to help develop junior recruiters.
