The opportunity
An international staffing group working across engineering and energy needs a 360 recruiter to take over an established contract desk. You will not be starting from nothing. The desk has been billing around £400K a year and the contractors are already out working.
The desk
It covers data centres and life sciences across the Nordics. The recruiter who built it has moved on, so this is a replacement role. Your job is to keep the existing business running and grow it by winning new clients yourself.
You will sit next to the company's top biller, so you will learn from one of the best in the business every day.
What you need
You must be working right now as a 360 recruiter in an agency, winning your own clients and filling your own roles, with a successful billing record behind you. This role is not suitable for resourcers, delivery only recruiters or in house recruiters.
A background in white collar engineering, life sciences, data centres or energy is ideal. If you come from another sector but can show strong business development, they will still want to talk to you and will train you in the market.
What you get
A basic salary of up to £50K, with commission from 10% and no threshold, so you earn from your first deal. Earnings should be well over £60K once you are up and running.
Four days in the office and one from home, with an early finish on Fridays. Private healthcare, a pension, and 23 days holiday rising to 28 plus bank holidays.
