My client, a well‑established recruitment business with a strong reputation in M&E delivery, is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support continued growth across the UK and European markets.
This role suits a recruiter with a solid background in blue‑collar / site‑based placements, who enjoys fast‑paced delivery and wants flexibility without sacrificing progression.
Role
- End‑to‑end delivery recruitment within M&E (Mechanical & Electrical).
- Placing blue‑collar trades and site operatives across the UK and Europe.
- Managing live requirements and tight delivery deadlines.
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines.
- Working closely with clients to support workforce delivery.
- Ensuring compliance and onboarding standards are met.

- Proven experience placing blue‑collar workers (construction, M&E, engineering, etc.).
