This role suits a recruiter with a solid background in blueâcollar / siteâbased placements, who enjoys fastâpaced delivery and wants flexibility without sacrificing progression.
Role- Endâtoâend delivery recruitment within M&E (Mechanical & Electrical).
- Placing blueâcollar trades and site operatives across the UK and Europe.
- Managing live requirements and tight delivery deadlines.
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines.
- Working closely with clients to support workforce delivery.
- Ensuring compliance and onboarding standards are met.
- Proven experience placing blueâcollar workers (construction, M&E, engineering, etc.).
