I am recruiting for a quickly growing specialist recruitment company in Bishops Stortford that is looking to develop its M&E Building Services offering.
This is a permanent placements role with a genuine opportunity attached.
The plan is for the right person to establish the market, build the billings, and in time grow a team around them.
The business is already doing well and winning work, so you would be joining something with momentum and helping shape where this division goes next.
The commission is simple and generous. 30 percent of every placement you make, so you are rewarded properly from your very first deal.
Ideally you will have relevant experience.
