What you'll be doing

  • Managing a portfolio of long‐standing hospitality clients — all accounts are already in place
  • Deepening relationships, understanding workforce needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery
  • Recruiting and placing high‐quality front‐of‐house talent across London
  • Acting as the go‐to partner for clients, solving problems before they arise
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient fulfilment
