They are part of a Fortune 500 business listed on the US Stock Exchange with a global office network. Key Duties & Responsibilities Working on contract vacancies. Interviewing and registering suitable candidates. Ensuring all candidates undergo a \”best candidate\” experience. Working to pre-agreed financial objectives. Arranging candidate interviews. Attending industry networking events. From time to time being involved in business development. Desired Skills & Experience Experience of working as a recruitment consultant within contract recruitment. Ideally within an engineering discipline. Experience of engaging with senior level stakeholders. Experience of placing buyers, commercial engineers and so on desirable although not essential. Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A team player who is self-motivated and driven. Happy to be on the telephone speaking to candidates and clients. Able to attend networking events as and when required. The Package A competitive basic salary, bonus scheme.
