I'm partnered with a growing recruitment business in the renewable energy sector, and we're looking for a driven recruiter to step into a Billing Manager role. This is a high-impact position with full ownership of building out a division across both permanent and temporary hires .

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on billing and client delivery
• Developing and managing your own client base
• Building, mentoring, and leading a team of consultants
• Driving performance across both perm and temp desks
• Working closely with senior leadership on divisional strategy

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven 360 recruitment experience (perm, temp, or dual desk)
• Strong billing track record in technical, energy, or related sectors
• Leadership potential – either current manager or senior-level recruiter
• Commercially focused, driven, and ready to step into a key role
