We're partnering with a fast‐growing recruitment business specializing in renewable energy. They're looking for a commercially focused Billing Manager to own client delivery and revenue growth for a new division covering permanent and temporary hires. This is a hands‐on leadership role with real autonomy to build a team, shape divisional strategy, and drive billing performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and own billing and client delivery across perm and temp desks.
- Develop and grow your own client base through targeted business development and relationship management.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high‐performing team of consultants; set targets and drive accountability.
- Oversee performance across desks, implement processes to improve conversion and billing velocity.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on divisional strategy, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure strong candidate and client experience through effective offer negotiation and post‐placement follow‐up.
What we're looking for
- Proven 360 recruitment experience across perm and temp desks; demonstrable billing track record.
- Experience recruiting into technical, energy, or related sectors; renewable energy experience strongly preferred.
- Leadership ability — current people manager or senior consultant ready to step up.
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation and client management skills.
- Comfortable working from the Bromley office with regular in‐person collaboration.
- Right to work in the UK required.
