My client is a specialist recruitment firm operating within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, and they’re looking for an experienced 360 recruiter with a strong track record placing engineering professionals into the pharmaceutical industry.
This is a 100% remote opportunity for someone who thrives on autonomy, knows the pharma engineering space, and is confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
The Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles within pharmaceutical environments
- Build and develop client relationships within the pharma manufacturing, process, and facilities sectors
- Work closely with existing accounts while driving new business growth
- Operate independently with the backing of a focused, specialist team
Ideal Profile
- Proven 360 recruitment experience, with placements such as validation, process, maintenance, or project engineers into pharma
- Strong understanding of the UK pharmaceutical landscape and its regulatory environment
- Excellent BD, candidate delivery, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working remotely with a self-driven, proactive mindset
