Key Areas of Responsibilities (dependent on experience):
- Conducting building condition surveys and producing clear, insightful reports for clients.
- Supporting the preparation of tender documentation – including drawings, specifications, and schedules of work.
- Assisting with tender submissions, contractor analysis, and the drafting of JCT construction contracts.
- Taking part in and organising pre-contract briefings and ensuring smooth project handovers with the team.
- Carrying out regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and health & safety compliance.
- Managing fee projections for financial profiling across various projects.
- Attending client and project meetings, representing the business with professionalism and technical confidence.
- Travelling to sites and client locations as required.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree or strong working experience in Building Surveying.
- Experience working with AutoCAD.
- Working towards or hoping to achieve RICS Chartership.
- MRICS Chartered.
- This role requires you to have a full clean driving licence with access to your own vehicle, and will be subject to a DBS Enhanced check.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Benefits: Holiday: 25 days (pro‑rated) plus.
