We deliver innovative, practical and sustainable solutions across the education, commercial and residential sectors, supporting projects from concept through to completion.

We currently have a vacancy open for a Secretary who is looking to develop their career, supporting the Civil and Structural Engineering department within the organisation. This role will be solely office based at our Braintree office, where you will interact with multi-disciplinary teams across the business, and ensure compliance within all relevant discipline standards and regulations.

Key Areas of Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Day to day operational support to the team providing technical administration support.
  • Responsible for department invoicing and financial coordination.
  • Diary and email management including travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Assisting the wider business including adhoc reception duties.

Requirements

  • Able to take a proactive approach demonstrating flexibility.
  • Confident in driving efficiency throughout the team.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional manner.
  • Proficient in IT literacy (Microsoft Office).
  • Previous experience within the construction industry (desirable).

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
