We’re an award-winning brand-meets-performance marketing agency known for helping direct-to-consumer brands think differently, move faster and stay ahead on paid digital channels. Named Performance Marketing Agency of the Year 2024 and Most Impactful Performance Marketing Agency 2023, we deliver exceptional results through an integrated service of full-funnel paid media, data & analytics, and end-to-end creative. Our clients are leaders in their space, and we work exclusively with brands we’re passionate about to ensure meaningful client relationships that foster impactful work. WHY IS THIS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY? (why we’re even hiring) Off the back of double-digit year-on-year growth, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Creative Strategist to help take our client\’s creative work to the next level. You\’ll be both shaping the ideas for and executing on innovative creative briefs, helping drive considered awareness and conversion. You’ll play a key role in affirming our positioning as a leader in the ecommerce brand-meets-performance-marketing space, and work with some industry leading, often global brands. If you’re excited about and have the aptitude to become the driving force behind shaping the creative output of one of the UK’s most in-demand specialist agencies, this is your opportunity. OUR CLIENTS 99% of our clients are direct to consumer eCommerce brands and typically fall somewhere into the below categories: > Fashion, apparel, jewellery > FMCG > Greetings & misc. gifts > Sports & fitness > Subscriptions Many are venture capital backed. Many are bootstrapped, founder owned & run. They all trust us to innovate for them and to keep them ahead. Importantly, we ensure every client we sign is thoroughly vetted before we even offer to take them on. It’s important to us to grow the right way, with clients who we genuinely want to work with. Here’s our criteria: > They’ve got to pass the “lunch test”. They’ve got to be genuine, decent people to work with. Would we want to hang out or go and have lunch with them? Great relationships breed great work. > They’ve got to have a product(s) and brand we can get excited about as a team. How can you effectively market something you don\’t believe in? > They’ve got to want to grow and be in a position to support that growth. We\’re strategic and executional partners, not button pushers. If they fit this criteria and we want to work together, then we’ll go ahead, but only if we’re sure it will be a strong partnership and only if we’re confident we have the capacity and resource in the team to make it happen. Just some of our clients (Paid Social, Google PPC, Attribution, Creative): > Chilly\’s > HelloFresh > Ruggable > Pom Pom London > Touchnote > My Sunday Ski ..amongst others OUR TEAM We’ve gone against the typical agency model and hired a senior team first. Logic being, it’s important to build a firm foundation: be in a position to actually provide a great service to clients, and provide consistent up-skilling opportunities to the wider team as we grow. Paid Media Team > From Performance Marketing Executives to \”Heads Of\”, all exceptional in DTC strategy, channel management and data analysis. As a team, they ensure our clients’ advertising is profitable and efficient. They are deep experts in the field and carefully advise our clients on how to stay ahead. Data Science Team > As the first ever external partner to be funded by Meta for Data Science work, and one of just a handful of global agencies concurrently endorsed as Campaign Management and Measurement partners, we lead the way in marketing incrementality and insights. Our team answer the hard questions and problems that can unlock the next leg of growth for our client partners. Creative Team (you!) > A rapidly growing department conceptualising, producing, and designing paid advertising creative that just works. We offer strategy, full high-end production, low-fi influencer or user generated content (UGC), and asset design service combining a mix of photography, videography, motion graphics, copywriting and much more. Each of our teams work with one another in a truly integrated fashion, and communicates closely at all levels of the business. You must be switched on, ambitious, have a positive attitude and a desire to learn new things, as well as the ability to pick yourself up after making mistakes. Essential experience and qualities: > At least 5+ years’ experience in performance marketing in an eCommerce focused role, either agency or client side > Have worked closely with eCommerce brands spending in excess of ÂŁ100,000/month on paid social. > A naturally creative mind. > An exceptional understanding of the nuance of performance-led creative, and an ability to interpret data. > A natural ability to spot clear topics, angles and ideas from a combination of customer research methods, including synthesising comments and reviews. > A natural ability to succinctly translate these topics, angles and ideas into clear creative briefs, copy, stories and scripts for our Designers and Creators to bring to life. > You belong in a team of exceptional individuals. > High attention to detail. > An inspiring leader and team member. We have regular company socials, hangouts, events and meetups, with a focus on maintaining our company culture.
