Creative requests will come from our Meta manager which you will fulfil but also bring your own creativity to briefs and supply new ideas. Bark works on 100+ services so a high turnover of diverse creatives is essential.
Responsibilities

- On-Screen Talent: Confidently act as the primary on-screen talent for UGC delivering authentic, persuasive, and engaging performances that resonate with target audiences. Delivering a range of UGC styles such as: speaking to camera, unboxing, writing on post-its, street interviews, timelapses.
- Shooting/Directing: Shoot scenes remotely and on away shoots (monthly).
- Concept Generation: Ideate and script new ads based on current social trends, competitor analysis, and existing high-performing ad formats.
- Trendspotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest Meta ad policies, algorithm shifts, and video trends on Reels and TikTok to ensure our creative is always fresh and compliant.
- Rapid Editing: Execute dynamic, fast-paced editing, focusing on strong hooks, clear calls-to-action (CTAs), and platform-specific pacing (Reels/TikTok style).
- Version Control: Create multiple variations of each core concept (e.g., varying hooks, CTAs, and music tracks) to maximise creative testing potential.
- Optimization: Work closely with the Meta Manager to understand what is working and what is not and optimise towards higher performance creatives.
Skills and Experience
- Creative Versatility (Non-Negotiable): Proven comfort and experience both in front of and behind the camera as a UGC creator or brand spokesperson.
