We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile UGC content creator & video editor to help scale production and diversity of video ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This is a hands-on, full-time role (5 days a week) for a creator who is equally comfortable stepping in front of the camera as the primary talent and taking charge behind the camera to shoot and edit performance-focused User-Generated Content (UGC) style video ads.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Production & Performance (50%)
  • On-Screen Talent: Act as the primary on-screen talent for UGC delivering authentic, persuasive, and engaging performances.
  • Shooting/Directing: Shoot scenes remotely and on away shoots (monthly).
  • Concept Generation: Ideate and script new ads based on current social trends and competitor analysis.
  • Trendspotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest Meta ad policies and video trends.
  • Editing & Post-Production (50%)
    • Rapid Editing: Execute dynamic, fast-paced editing focusing on strong hooks and clear calls-to-action (CTAs).
    • Version Control: Create multiple variations of each core concept to maximise creative testing potential.
    • Optimization: Work closely with the Meta Manager to understand what is working and optimise towards higher performance creatives.

    Required Skills And Experience

    • Creative Versatility: Proven comfort and experience both in front of and behind the camera as a UGC creator or brand spokesperson.
    • Meta Ad Expertise: Experience producing content for meta ads is preferred.
    • Editing Proficiency: Ability to cut together videos quickly while maintaining a good standard of production quality.
    • Time Management: Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple rapid production cycles concurrently.

    Interview Process

    • Screening Call with Talent Partner (30 mins)
    • Take-home task
    • Follow-up successful task and final interview with the team (45 mins)

    Contract details

    • Duration: 6 months with potential extension
    • Location: One day per month in the Bloomsbury office
    • Schedule: Five days per week, with flexibility for three or four days per week also an option
