Sector: Premium Drinkware & Coffee Hardware
We don't just sell coffee gear; as we expand our global footprint into premium retail, outdoor, and fashion sectors, we need a high-energy Account Manager who is ready to treat this business like their own. You will be ready to drive our brand repositioning and launch our new ranges.
This isn’t a role where you’ll be a small cog in a big machine; you will be the engine room of our sales growth.
The Hunt: You’ll use Apollo to identify key buyers in lifestyle retail and coffee roasting. You aren’t afraid to pick up the phone, send the sample, and follow up until the deal is done.
The Partnerships: You’ll lead our customisation service, working with brands to create co-branded hardware that carries our "tried, tested, and trusted" reputation.
The Commercials: You’ll manage retail margins and pricing structures with clinical precision. You’ll understand that a sale is only a win if the margins are protected.
The Ground Game: While primarily remote, you’ll be on the front lines at approximately two major trade shows per year and hit the road for high-impact sample drops and meetings with key retailers.
Retail Savvy: You have a proven track record (minimum 2 years) selling to mid-to-large retailers. You understand the "Category Buyer" mindset and how to navigate retail commercials.
You are flexible enough to help with "non-sales" tasks when needed and proactive enough to find a solution before asking for help.
Tech-Fluent: You are comfortable working within HubSpot (or a similar CRM) to keep our data clean and our outreach consistent.
Values-Led: You care about our mission to help 1 million war torn children in the next 10 years and believe that product longevity is the answer to environmental issues.
Passionate about Performance: You will thrive on success and know the importance of physical and mental wellbeing in achieving this.
Direct Mentorship: Work side-by-side with the Founder on major global accounts.
Flexibility: True work-from-home freedom with a team that values results over "clocking-in" hours.
If you’re ready to take ownership of a category and help build a global leader, let’s talk.
Holiday - 24 days per year plus Bank Holidays
David Lloyd Gym membership - after 3 month probationally period
