About the Role
The Enterprise Delivery team at Barings is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across our Cybersecurity and Technology Infrastructure portfolio. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and is passionate about delivering impactful technology solutions that enhance enterprise resilience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver infrastructure initiatives including:Hosting platform transitionsNetwork modernizationBusiness and Technology ResiliencyEnd-user computing (EUC) upgrades and implementationsCybersecurity controls and compliance initiatives
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, challenge with positive intent and communicate across business and technical teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and steering committee updates.
- Support change management, training, and adoption strategies.
- Demonstrates versatility by effectively wearing multiple hats, adapting to various roles and responsibilities to meet the dynamic needs of the organization.
- Demonstrates ability to manage global teams and navigate cross-cultural collaboration.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience in Financial Services, IT infrastructure or cybersecurity.
- Proven track record delivering complex projects in multi-national enterprises.
- Basic understanding of:Networking (LAN/WAN, VWan, firewalls)Hosting (VMware, Nutanix, cloud platforms)IT Service Management (CMDB, Technology Delivery Change Frameworks)EUC (Windows 365, Copilot, DaaS, device lifecycle)Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)Data Operations and Enterprise data reporting
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet, MS Project, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365 suite.
- Ability to manage global teams and navigate cross-cultural collaboration.
