Barings is seeking a Lead Workday HRIS Consultant to provide functional leadership across the Workday platform and HR technology landscape. This contract role supports configuration, optimization and delivery of Workday solutions across Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Security, and related HR processes.
The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the HRIS team, mentoring analysts and driving system enhancements, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring scalable HR.
