Job Overview

The Client Data & Analytics Delivery Analyst will coordinate the collection and management of portfolio and benchmark data for client deliverables such as review presentations, DDQs, and databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Update monthly/quarterly report data, including performance, portfolio characteristics, asset allocation, and attribution.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Collaborate on ad-hoc projects with team members.
• Provide status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement automation efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Asset Management.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of technical terminology.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas like VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
