The role covers the full breadth of the people agenda for Baringa Enablement, partnering with senior leaders and acting as a trusted advisor.
You will work with BE and global HRBPs, using data and feedback to identify risks, opportunities and priorities, while supporting change, workforce planning and leadership development across the function.
