Our Clients and Marketing team are looking for an experienced Marketing Business Partner to join them. Over the past nine months, Clients & Marketing has evolved from a purist marketing function into a broadened, end-to-end Clients & Marketing team. Our focus now spans from brand and market positioning through to deeper client relationships, improved win rates, revenue growth, and increased net margin.
What you will be doing:
- Partnering with the Clients & Marketing Exec Sponsor and sector leadership teams to shape and deliver strategic marketing plans that advance sector priorities and drive measurable commercial impact.
- Leading the end‑to‑end delivery of campaign and event programmes, ensuring high‑quality execution and measurable commercial impact.
- Building a strong understanding of client challenges, market trends, competitor activity, and Baringa’s sector capabilities to refine messaging, targeting, and segmentation.
- Managing the in‑sector marketing team (where applicable), providing coaching, development, and day‑to‑day support.
- Championing consistency, collaboration, and efficiency across sectors by working closely with fellow BPs and the wider Clients & Marketing team.
- Leading the creation of compelling messaging and visuals that clearly differentiate Baringa in the market.
- Owning the sector marketing budget, ensuring responsible management, cost control, and ongoing value‑for‑money improvements.
- Bringing the sector strategy to life across the business—building alignment, energy, and advocacy for campaign activity.
Your Skills And Experience:
- Proven track record in shaping marketing strategy and the appropriate selection of tactics to drive a business forward and increase customer engagement and sales; use of the full multichannel mix.
- Strategic marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- Experience in management consulting sector.
- Expert relationship building and network creation – internally and with external parties.
- Ability to work across all levels with impact, effectiveness and influence.
- Proactive in pre-empting, identifying, resolving and escalating issues.
- Self-sufficient, self-starter.
- Ideally educated to Degree level or equivalent. Ideally CIM Diploma-qualified or equivalent.
