Our Health team are looking for experienced Senior Consultants and Managers to join them.
What you will be doing
- Leading the definition and delivery of robust business cases, funding models and investment decisions for health transformation programmes.
- Managing the co-design of target operating models, service blueprints and governance structures.
- Leading workstreams within transformation programmes that improve patient outcomes and strengthen system performance.
- Bringing a strong commercial specialism to optimise operational, commercial and programme delivery processes.
- Applying practical digital, data, analytics and AI knowledge to help clients shape health data infrastructure.
- Embedding relevant best practice from healthcare, life sciences, public sector and other regulated sectors.
- Shaping commercial strategies, procurements, partnerships and delivery plans that support innovation adoption.
- Playing an active role in our health go-to-market activity, including bid management and proposition development.
Your skills and experience
- Direct experience working in or with the UK health system.
- Understanding of current priorities across health and care.
- Clear understanding of how the UK health ecosystem operates.
- Experience working closely with operational, commercial, digital, data, policy or transformation teams.
- Experience leading structured change programmes or complex workstreams.
- Strong project and programme management discipline.
- Comfortable leading in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments.
