Our Health team are looking for experienced Senior Consultants and Managers to join them.

What you will be doing

  • Leading the definition and delivery of robust business cases, funding models and investment decisions for health transformation programmes.
  • Managing the co-design of target operating models, service blueprints and governance structures.
  • Leading workstreams within transformation programmes that improve patient outcomes and strengthen system performance.
  • Bringing a strong commercial specialism to optimise operational, commercial and programme delivery processes.
  • Applying practical digital, data, analytics and AI knowledge to help clients shape health data infrastructure.
  • Embedding relevant best practice from healthcare, life sciences, public sector and other regulated sectors.
  • Shaping commercial strategies, procurements, partnerships and delivery plans that support innovation adoption.
  • Playing an active role in our health go-to-market activity, including bid management and proposition development.

Your skills and experience

  • Direct experience working in or with the UK health system.
  • Understanding of current priorities across health and care.
  • Clear understanding of how the UK health ecosystem operates.
  • Experience working closely with operational, commercial, digital, data, policy or transformation teams.
  • Experience leading structured change programmes or complex workstreams.
  • Strong project and programme management discipline.
  • Comfortable leading in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder environments.
