Our Strategy & Transactions Practice are looking for an experienced Consultant / Senior Consultant to join the team. We are a rapidly growing global team of transactions and strategy experts who strive to be the go‑to provider for deal advisory work in Energy, Utilities and Renewable Infrastructure. Our work spans the entire value chain of these sectors, and we largely serve Private Equity, Infrastructure and Corporate clients.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting corporate and private equity clients with market entry strategy and analysis, identifying investment themes and potential targets.
  • Conducting buy‑and‑sell side commercial due diligence.
  • Undertaking qualitative assessments of client and target markets, including primary research and secondary source analysis.
  • Performing robust quantitative analysis, including market size estimations and business plan assessments.
  • Preparing clear, concise written deliverables and presenting findings in a confident and engaging manner.

Your skills and experience:

  • Strategy/transaction advisory experience – CDD, VCDD, growth, market entry at or above consultant level, or significant experience with strategy/transaction processes in an industry context.
  • Experience working on energy‑focused projects and demonstrated understanding of the energy value chain.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients throughout project work and through business development activity.
  • Genuine interest in coaching and developing junior team members.
  • Desire to be involved in a fast‑growing business and shape the team’s future development.
  • Comfortable with international travel of up to 30% of the time and able to work within the EU/UK.

Required skills: Business Development, Qualitative Research.
