You will own key PMO and demand management processes end-to-end, influence senior stakeholders, and drive consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement across the portfolio. You will act as a trusted partner to Programme Leads, Product Owners, and Technology Leadership, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and robust execution.

What you will be doing

    • Act as a centre of excellence for PMO capability, driving consistency in delivery approach, controls, and reporting across programmes and workstreams.
    • Support the shaping of programme-level planning and controls, including ownership of tracking and reporting against milestone plans, critical path tracking, and facilitation of plan control forums.
    • Own portfolio-level RAID management, ensuring high-quality risk, issue and dependency identification and proactive mitigation processes are in place and adhered to.
    • Deliver robust programme health reporting, leveraging trend analysis and root cause insights to inform decision-making.
    • Proactively surface delivery risks and challenge status updates, driving accountability and resolution.
  • Continuous Improvements and Delivery Excellence
    • Continuously enhance PMO and reporting processes, simplifying where possible and improving quality and usability of outputs.
    • Improve mechanisms for workstream reporting and data capture, increasing automation and reducing overhead.
    • Identify and implement best practices, tools, and innovations (e.g., ADO, dashboards, reporting automation).
    • Contribute to the evolution of TeCy portfolio management capability, sharing knowledge with others.
  • Demand Management and Prioritisation
    • Support the Technology demand management framework, ensuring a clear, structured intake, triage, and prioritisation process.
    • Support capacity and investment planning, ensuring demand is balanced against resource availability and delivery constraints.
