Our Clients and Marketing team are looking for an experienced Marketing Lead to join them. Over the past nine months, Clients & Marketing has evolved from a purist marketing function into a broadened, end-to-end Clients & Marketing team. Our focus now spans from brand and market positioning through to deeper client relationships, improved win rates, revenue growth, and increased net margin. This is being underpinned by an operational transformation including cNPS, new ways of working, and a content management platform driving greater efficiency and effectiveness. • This role is about embedding success and results which support growth and can be followed up in the CAP BUs - managing business expectations; connecting, commercialising and driving results and engagement to support cross-sell and organic promotion.

What you will be doing

  • Leading the planning and execution of capability marketing plans that align with firmwide strategy and support key sector priorities.
  • Partnering closely with capability leaders, Sector Marketing BPs, and the wider brand and cross-sector team to ensure connection in messaging, targeting, and execution.
  • Supporting firmwide campaigns such as Digital & AI, ensuring capability content, messaging, and assets are integrated effectively.
  • Building deep understanding of Baringa’s specialisms and translating them into compelling, differentiated narratives.
  • Delivering multichannel campaigns and events that showcase Baringa and scale across sectors.
  • Contributing to content planning, thought leadership development, and client‑centric storytelling.
  • Budget management and monitoring campaign performance to demonstrate commercial impact.
  • Working across the C&M function to ensure alignment, consistency, and efficient ways of working.
  • Focus on harnessing CAP BU enthusiasm for marketing.

Your skills and experience

  • Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within consulting or capability‑structured organisations.
  • Proven ability to shape marketing strategies and deliver multichannel programmes.
  • Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly self‑sufficient, proactive, and able to work across multiple streams.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent and ideally CIM Diploma‑qualified or equivalent.
