Our Practice
The Organisational Effectiveness & Agility practice are looking for an experienced Manager to join the team. Our experts partner closely with industry‐focused colleagues and go to market together, prioritising deep industry specialisation in Energy & Resources, Government and Financial Services.

What you will be doing
Our roles are about helping clients redesign and deliver the organisations of the future by shaping operating models that enable agility, human‐centred design and efficiency. The role focuses on translating strategic priorities into practical structures, processes and governance frameworks that drive sustainable impact.

Enterprise‐wide Operating Model Design and Implementation: Defining and implementing target operating models, organisational structures and governance frameworks that align to strategic priorities and enable agility.

Cost & Productivity Optimisation: Redesigning operating models to improve efficiency, reduce costs and unlock long‐term value through streamlined processes and resource allocation.

Integration & Capability Build: Supporting complex organisational transitions, such as mergers, acquisitions or new business units, by designing and embedding capabilities that enable smooth integration and operational effectiveness.

Ways of & Agility: Evolving processes, decision‐making and funding models to foster collaboration, innovation and responsiveness at scale.

Data‐Driven Insights: Applying analytics and diagnostic tools (e.g. OrgVue) to assess spans, layers, costs and workforce performance, translating insights into actionable design options.

Examples of the Work You\’ll Do

Design future‐ready operating models that align with strategic priorities, balancing efficiency, agility and innovation.

Advise senior leaders on structural choices, clarifying trade‐offs between centralisation, decentralisation and hybrid models to enable effective decision‐making.

Lead end‐to‐end operating model transformations, including governance design.

Support organisational transitions by embedding structures and ways of working that ensure continuity and growth.

Deliver cost and productivity optimisation programmes through redesign of processes, spans and layers and resource allocation without compromising agility.

Advise clients on how to sustainably reduce cost or headcount while unlocking creativity and strategic focus.

Embed lasting capability by designing change approaches that stick, focusing on leadership alignment, behavioural change and practical tooling.

Your Skills and Experience
We\’re looking for exceptional consultants with a strong foundation in enterprise transformation – particularly in reshaping how organisations are structured, governed and delivered. You\’ll likely bring:

Proven consulting experience in enterprise transformation, including operating model design and delivery.

Deep understanding of organisational design and governance, with the ability to shape structures, processes and decision‐making frameworks.

Experience advising senior stakeholders in large, complex organisations navigating disruption, emerging technology adoption and strategic change.

Knowledge of transformation levers such as cost optimisation, capability building and integration to enable sustainable organisational change.

Familiarity with delivery tools (e.g. OrgVue, Jira, Planview) to support execution at pace.

Familiarity with delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile at Scale, OKRs) to support approach and application.

Confidence coaching leaders through ambiguity, helping them adapt to new ways of working and organisational models.

A hypothesis‐driven approach to problem solving – you ask the right questions, simplify the complex and stay focused on impact.

Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, client‐facing role with shifting priorities and multiple workstreams.
