Role Overview
Baringa's CFO Advisory practice seeks an experienced Manager to join a team that blends technical accounting, finance and treasury knowledge with industry experience. Independent by design, we act as an impartial, critical friend to CFOs, helping clients address challenges and seize opportunities around business integration, performance and sustainability.
What you will be doing
- Identify business efficiencies and opportunities by reviewing operating models, technology and change strategies across finance and treasury, including transformation, technology, data & ERP strategy and talent & change.
- Enable dataābased decisions so Finance adds value and drives performance across the organisation, covering business insights, integrated planning and forecasting & scenario modelling.
- Embed sustainability into finance, respond to regulatory requirements and anticipate investor and consumer sentiment, covering investor relations & financing, carbon budgeting and disclosures.
- Lead finance and treasury transformation projects, delivering on client priorities around technologyādriven finance, EPM processes and endātoāend finance process improvement and automation.
Your Skills And Experience
- Finance and treasury professional with a background in consultancy or projectāfocused experience within industry; FS and nonāFS clients are both of interest.
- Excellent relationship building, communication skills and the ability to work well in teams.
- Strong understanding of finance and treasury transformation projects with programme experience across the full project lifecycle; ownership, point of view and delivery in a challenging, clientāfacing environment.
- Tier 1 ERP experience and knowledge of best practice is a benefit.
