Our Internal Comms team are looking for an experienced Creative Studio Assistant to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate creative professional to take ownership of our internal film studio and play a central role in producing high-quality video, photography, and graphic content that supports the firm across a broad range of projects and communications.
You will be the engine behind our studios, managing everything from day-to-day filming schedules through to our quarterly live broadcast events. What you will be doing
- Film Studio Operations: Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the internal film studio, ensuring it is always ready and optimised for production. Manage and coordinate filming and editing requests from stakeholders across the firm, maintaining a clear and organised scheduling system. Lead on all filming projects from pre-production planning through to final delivery.
- Video Production & Post-Production: Film and produce high-quality video content using both single-camera and multi-camera setups. Edit all filmed content to a professional standard, including the integration of subtitles, motion graphics, animations, and branded elements. Produce and deliver post-production assets using Adobe Creative Cloud and DaVinci Resolve.
- Live Broadcasting: Plan, coordinate, and execute quarterly live broadcast events, managing all technical logistics including multi-cam setup and switching. Have an understanding of live broadcast software, including OBS and vMix.
- Photography: Write clear, engaging, and purposeful scripts for video content, including briefing videos, thought leadership pieces, and firm announcements.
- AI & Workflow Innovation: Proactively explore, test, and implement AI tools to enhance and streamline the creative studio workflow. Stay current with emerging technologies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Your skills and experience
- Demonstrable experience in both single-camera and multi-camera filming in a professional setting.
- Strong post-production skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Working knowledge of live broadcast software, specifically OBS and vMix.
- A genuine passion for photography, with a portfolio demonstrating experience in headshot and event photography.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels of the firm.
- Experience in script writing for video content.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with a genuine drive to learn and develop new skills.
