We help our clients build more adaptive, effective, and sustainable organisations by shaping how people, processes, and emerging technologies come together. This expertise spans multiple industries, reflecting our current cross-industry approach. However, we are now prioritising deep industry specialisation, particularly in Energy & Resources, Government and Financial Services. Our experts partner closely with our industry-focused colleagues and go to market together.

What you will be doing

  • Supporting the design and implementation of future-fit target operating models, organisational structures and governance frameworks that align to strategic priorities and enable agility.
  • Redesigning operating models to improve efficiency, reduce costs and unlock long-term value through streamlined processes and resource allocation.
  • Supporting complex organisational transitions, such as mergers, acquisitions or new business units, by designing and embedding capabilities that enable smooth integration and operational effectiveness.
  • Evolving processes, decision-making, and funding models to foster collaboration, innovation and responsiveness at scale.
  • Applying analytics and diagnostic tools (e.g. OrgVue) to assess spans, layers, costs, and workforce performance, translating insights into actionable design options.

Some examples of the work you’ll do:

  • Supporting the design of future-ready operating models that align with strategic priorities, balancing efficiency, agility, and innovation.
  • Helping clients assess structural choices, clarifying trade-offs between centralisation, decentralisation, and hybrid models to enable effective decision-making.
  • Contributing to end-to-end operating model transformations, including governance design.
  • Supporting organisational transitions by embedding structures and ways of working that ensure continuity and growth.
  • Helping deliver cost and productivity optimisation programmes through redesign of processes, spans and layers and resource allocation without compromising agility.
  • Using data and diagnostic tools to understand organisational performance and translate insights into practical design options.
  • Supporting clients to build lasting capability through leadership alignment, behavioural change, and practical tooling.

Your skills and experience

We’re looking for exceptional consultants with a strong foundation in enterprise transformation – particularly in reshaping how organisations are structured, governed and delivered. You’ll likely bring:

  • Proven consulting experience in enterprise transformation, including operating model design and delivery.
  • A good understanding of organisational design and governance, with the ability to shape structures, processes, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Experience working with stakeholders in large, complex organisations navigating disruption, emerging technology adoption and strategic change.
  • Knowledge of transformation levers such as cost optimisation, capability building and integration to enable sustainable organisational change.
  • Familiarity with delivery tools and methods (e.g. Orgvue, Jira, Planview, OKRs or Agile at Scale) to support execution at pace.
  • Confidence working with leaders and teams through ambiguity, helping them adapt to new ways of working and organisational models.
  • A hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving - you ask the right questions, simplify the complex, and stay focused on impact.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role with shifting priorities and multiple workstreams.
