What you will be doingWork with clients to understand their cost base and margin drivers, building baselines and identifying improvement opportunities Build financial models and cost analyses (e.g. spend analysis, cost-to-serve, benchmarking) that turn data into clear, practical recommendations Contribute to the design and delivery of cost and margin improvement programmes, from diagnostic through to implementation Track and report the value delivered, helping clients ensure savings are realised and sustained Help clients build their own capability through knowledge
