Role

Our Government practice is looking for an experienced Director to join the Transport team. Baringa is growing its Transport practice and we are looking for a senior leader to help shape the future of mobility.

What you will be doing

  • Lead and grow our transport technology capability, with a strong focus on rail.
  • Help clients integrate emerging technologies, from intelligent infrastructure to AI‑enabled operations.
  • Build trusted, long‑term relationships across operators, infrastructure owners, regulators and suppliers.
  • Originate and win new work, shaping compelling propositions that respond to the evolving mobility landscape.
  • Provide senior leadership on complex, technology‑enabled transformation programmes.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Significant senior experience in transport, particularly rail systems and technology.
  • A strong track record of delivering complex programmes and driving business growth.
  • A visible and credible network within the transport ecosystem.
  • A curious mindset and a passion for what’s next in mobility.
  • A collaborative leader who can inspire teams and build capability.
