Our Clients & Marketing team are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join them on a 12 month FTC. The Clients & Marketing team at Baringa is a central enabler of business growth, partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable commercial impact through data-driven, client-centric Marketing strategies. We partner with our consulting business and other BE functions to build our brand, drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy, and support sales revenue through a wide range of channels.

Your main role will be to act as a digital marketing consultant to partner with and support the marketing practitioners across the team to maximise the effectiveness of our digital channels in campaign delivery in generating awareness and leads for measurable commercial results. You will also contribute to projects designed to evolve our operating model e.g. GenAI adoption / process reviews and adoption.

What you will be doing:

  • Website Content Production: Leading content review and site refresh processes, ensuring user-friendly design and compliance with accessibility standards using Optimizely CMS and Siteimprove.
  • Paid Media Advertising: Overseeing agency briefs, facilitating campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Organic Social & Employee Advocacy: Advocating best practices for engagement and amplification and overseeing posting schedule and quality via Hootsuite.
  • SEO/GEO: Leading the implementation of best practices and optimisation recommendations.
  • Marketing Automation and Email Marketing: Build segments and customer journeys and emails using MS D365 Customer Insights – Journeys, applying A/B testing and deliverability best practices.
  • Analytics & Data Interpretation: Extracting insights from campaign performance reports to recommend optimisations.
  • Execution Oversight: Coordinating across channels to ensure integrated delivery.
  • Process Design & Deployment: Helping to define and refine workflows for campaign and project delivery via a recently implemented workflow management tool: Optimizely CMP.
  • Efficiency Optimisation: Identifying bottlenecks and implementing automation or outsourcing strategies.
  • People Management: Leading the Digital Ops team and offshore partners, developing team skills and balancing workloads.
  • Project Management: Managing timelines, budgets, and dependencies for projects.

Your Skills And Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience of digital marketing technology and best practices.
  • In-depth experience of planning and executing digital marketing campaigns in professional services / B2B context.
  • Extensive knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Web content design/publishing, Technical SEO/Accessibility, email marketing & marketing automation (customer journey design / lead scoring).
  • Project and Stakeholder management skills with the ability to make an impact when interacting remotely, e.g. on Teams calls.
  • Strong skills in data interpretation / data-based decision making, and knowledge of analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Good interpersonal skills: professional, personable, and people-focused.
  • Continuous Learning: Adapting to new tools and evolving digital practices.
