Industrial Manufacturing Practice

Our Industrial Manufacturing practice is looking for experienced Consultants to Managers to join the team.

Role Overview

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant within our industrial manufacturing practice, you will play a key role in delivering projects and supporting our clients’ transformation journeys. You will work closely with senior team members and clients to solve business challenges, contribute to project delivery, and develop your expertise in the Industrial manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of Industrial manufacturing projects across Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, and Industrial Products sectors.
  • Assist in analyzing and resolving issues across the full operating model of Industrial manufacturing clients in functional areas such as Supply Chain, Marketing, People, Finance, Technology, and Operations.
  • Contribute to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in Industrial manufacturing technology.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges and help design tailored solutions.
  • Support relationship‑building efforts with key stakeholders across various industries, including financial services, pharma, energy, and telecommunications.
  • Contribute to team development and knowledge sharing across the Industrial Manufacturing practice and wider Products & Services sector.
  • Support business development activities, including research, proposal development, and identifying new opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Eligibility for UK Security Clearance is preferred.
  • Experience in Industrial manufacturing within Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, or Industrial Products sectors.
  • Familiarity with Industrial manufacturing organisations across the end‑to‑end value chain.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to contribute to solving complex business challenges.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn from and support others.
  • Exposure to working with diverse teams and contributing to international projects is a plus.
