Pharma & Life Sciences Practice
Our Pharma & Life Sciences practice is looking for an experienced consultant to join the team.
What you will be doing
We provide advisory services to clients across the pharma value chain from R&D to commercialization, using our industry expertise and consulting skills. We work with a variety of clients, from large established players to rapidly growing industry disruptors. Example types of work include:
- Developing strategies and operating models to transform ways of working across clinical development, medical affairs and commercial (at global and local levels)
- Implementing change in global, cross‑functional organisations in a strategic and sustainable way
- Developing and operating Centres of Excellence and Communities of Practice to cross‑fertilise learnings and successes across countries and regions
- Designing and implementing Quality Management Systems and the associated GCP/GVP processes
- Optimising product development team ways of working in response to changes such as new strategic directions, evolving customer needs or evidence requirements
- Developing omnichannel approaches and building the required capabilities for clients to achieve early post‑launch impact in their customer engagements
- Supporting brand teams with launch strategies and operations
- Implementing next‑gen customer engagement ecosystems
- Advising on data and AI enablement to realise strategy and drive efficiency, translating business and process needs into actionable digital strategy and end‑to‑end implementation
- Advising on patient engagement strategies and operating models, considering how to measure impact and leverage patient experience data for insight
- Creating best practice for strategic alliances to be successful whether that be for co‑development or post‑merger integration
Your Skills and Experience
Pharmaceutical and life sciences experience through working within the industry or with pharma and life science clients. A track record of taking ownership and delivering results in demanding client‑facing environments. Entrepreneurial spirit to help us grow the sector. An ability to leverage AI to inform strategy, enable operating models and transform ways of working.
In addition to experience working with pharmaceutical and life science clients, you will have demonstrable consulting skills in one or more of the following:
- Life sciences clinical development, medical and / or commercial functions (e.g. ClinOps, Stats, Regulatory, Safety, Quality, Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing, Field)
- Transformation programme management
- Change management
- Technology‑enabled process design
- Digital, data, analytics and artificial intelligence
- Strategy and operating model development
