Our Clients and Marketing team are looking for an experienced Client Experience Marketing Senior Advisor to join the team. Client Experience sits at the heart of this.

What you will be doing

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of Baringa's executive client networks, podcasts and wider Client Experience programmes, ensuring a consistently high-quality experience for clients and stakeholders.
  • Managing project plans, timelines, dependencies and delivery milestones across multiple programmes and workstreams.
  • Coordinating delivery across internal stakeholders, suppliers and agencies.
  • Ensuring activity is delivered on time, within budget and in line with agreed objectives.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance programme impact.
  • Coordinating the production, publication and activation of network content, thought leadership and research outputs.
  • Managing end-to-end operational processes across Client Experience programmes.
  • Owning legal, compliance and risk requirements associated with network activity and events.
  • Managing budget tracking and financial administration across Client Experience programmes.

Your skills and experience

  • Strong experience in client experience, marketing operations, events, programme management or stakeholder engagement, ideally within a B2B or professional services environment.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programmes, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience delivering high-quality events, experiences, executive engagement programmes, podcasts or communities.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing suppliers, agencies and external partners.
  • Experience managing budgets, reporting and operational processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
