Our Government practice are looking for an experienced Director to join the Transport team. Baringa is growing our Transport practice and we are looking for a senior leader to help shape the future of mobility. We are seeking a Transport Director (Technical) with deep rail expertise, a passion for emerging technology, and the commercial drive to build and grow a market‑leading business. This is a high‑impact leadership role for someone who is both technically credible and naturally curious. Someone who thrives at the intersection of innovation, infrastructure and transformation.
What you will be doing
- Lead and grow our transport technology capability, with a strong focus on rail.
- Help clients integrate emerging technologies, from intelligent infrastructure to AI‑enabled operations.
- Build trusted, long‑term relationships across operators, infrastructure owners, regulators and suppliers.
- Originate and win new work, shaping compelling propositions that respond to the evolving mobility landscape.
- Provide senior leadership on complex, technology‑enabled transformation programmes.
