Baringa Partners LLP is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Global People Function on a 15-month fixed-term contract. You will lead the full breadth of the people agenda for Baringa Enablement, partnering with senior leaders across BE and other functions to deliver workforce plans, talent development and people insights.
Based in London with a hybrid working model, you will coach leaders, manage an HR Advisor, and collaborate with global HRBPs to drive change and deliver.
