Our Operational Excellence team are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team. Baringa has grown rapidly, and we are re-architecting and evolving our cloud-based business systems and infrastructure. We are on a mission to develop great technology products, deliver great services, and protect the trust our people and clients place in us.

What you will be doing:

  • The Operational Excellence team sits within Technology & Cyber and acts as the bridge between process excellence and the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence.
  • You will work alongside the Head of Operational Excellence and the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence, partnering with stakeholders across Technology & Cyber to solve problems, streamline processes, improve service outcomes, and support the delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • You will have a heavy involvement in our ServiceNow roadmap alongside our developers.
  • Creation of user stories, enhancements, defects and feature requests that help shape how we deliver improvements and digital transformation across the business.
  • Involvement in workshops, training and UAT for both colleagues and the wider business.
  • Map, document and re-design processes.
  • Working across Plan, Build and Run.
  • Be a champion of both Operational Excellence and ServiceNow COE.

Your skills and experience:

  • A technology focused professional, ideally with experience of ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • Positive, passionate, high-energy. Able to operate in a fast-paced, high-change environment with autonomy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exposure to Agile ways of working and tooling highly desirable.
  • Experience of working within a process and data driven environment.
  • Not afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Ideally trained and qualified in business analysis or related.
