Baringa is a global consulting firm that partners with leaders to drive change and create value through advanced technology, data, AI and digital innovation. The firm works across various sectors, providing strategy, transformation and operational excellence. Our Clients & Marketing team are looking for an experienced Marketing Programme Lead to join them on a 12 month FTC. The purpose of this role is to design and deliver an end‑to‑end event programme, ensuring high‑impact content, seamless execution, and strong commercial and brand outcomes. This role will act as the single point of orchestration across content, attendees, and external partners.
What you will be doing:
- Shape the overall programme narrative and objectives aligned to Baringa’s brand, sectors and focus account priorities.
- Translate strategic intent into a coherent programme across events and bilateral meetings.
- Ensure alignment with wider themes such as AI, energy transition, and government agenda.
- Lead development of Baringa‑led sessions (topics, formats, speakers, outcomes).
- Position Baringa as a convener of clients, partners and external voices.
- Work with Partners and SMEs to shape compelling, differentiated content.
- Design and manage the programme for 4‑5 senior Baringa attendees.
- Optimise time allocation across speaking, networking, and priority meetings.
- Ensure each attendee has a clear plan, objectives, and follow‑ups.
- Align Baringa content with wider event programme and partner expectations.
- Ensure consistency of messaging, audiences, and follow‑through.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery plan, including milestones and governance, risks and dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Your skills and experience:
- Strong content shaping capability (exec‑level, thought leadership, panel design).
- Experience working with senior stakeholders (Partners, C‑suite, government).
- Ability to operate as a programme integrator across multiple workstreams.
- High level of organisation, judgement, and stakeholder management.
