Our Digital & Technology practice are looking for an experienced Architecture Manager to join the team. We are looking for more great individuals to join our Architecture practice, one of the core capabilities in Technology, with a passion for technology and a drive to help our clients deliver more complex and demanding business change.
In our Architecture practice we focus on the skills, capabilities and offerings required to provide the perfect balance of innovation, pace and control in technologyâenabled change. Our focus is on the delivery of value and as such we work on our client's most complex and highest return challenges. Delivery of commodity or ivory tower architecture is not where we play.

As such we offer training in Agile architecture skills alongside a grounding in modern digital technologies; cloud, microservices, containerisation, distributed ledgers, low code and robotic automation solutions, to name a few.
We use this mix of agility, deep technical expertise and pragmatism to help our clients build an enduring architecture capability as well as supporting them to deliver their most complex challenges. Maximising business value for our clients through the definition and delivery of effective and robust technology architectures is our core offering.

- Act as a trusted advisor to CTOs and CIOs, providing pragmatic solutions to their most complex problems and supporting the evolution of their IT estate to meet their business strategy.
- Involve yourself in a wide range of architecture projects, from defining Technology Strategies through to leading transformations, vendor selection and implementation.
- Be fungible across delivery and strategy, adapting to support other technical areas of the business when needed.
- Engage regularly with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels, communicating technical concepts to nonâtechnical audiences.
- Help us grow our Baringa architecture practice internally, developing and delivering training, sharing your knowledge and experience and supporting the creation of business development materials.
