You’ll find us collaborating shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients from the big picture right down to the detail: helping them define their strategy, deliver complex change, spot the right commercial opportunities, manage risk, or bring their purpose and sustainability goals to life. Our clients love how we get to know what makes their organisations tick – slotting seamlessly into their teams and being proudly geeky about solving their challenges.
We have hubs in Europe, the US, Asia and Australia, and we work all around the world - from a wind farm in Wyoming to a boardroom in Berlin. Find us wherever there’s a challenge to be tackled and an impact to be made.

- Be responsible for facilitating the cross-border working of Baringa’s employees and partners with the expansion of Baringa’s global footprint (including market entries and exits), whilst minimising risks of permanent establishments, associated costs and financial risks.
- Help to ensure Baringa’s risk appetite is adhered to and incorporated within Baringa’s financial processes and procedures whilst also utilising knowledge of accounting standards to influence financial policy that supports Baringa’s commercial strategy.
- Be the “technical expert” across the Finance function, advising on best practice and the application of accounting standards across Baringa with particular emphasis on FRS102 and the LLP SORP.
- Manage the statutory financial audits of the LLP and its global subsidiaries, leading the relationship with auditors and presenting updates and outcomes to the Finance & Audit Committee.
- Be responsible for Baringa’s intercompany policy, including transfer pricing, ensuring our policies are appropriate and compliant from both a commercial and statutory perspective.
- Be responsible for the production of group monthly management reports, including "flash" utilisation and revenue.
