Our Insurance practice is looking for experienced Consultants to join the team. Our Insurance practice works with the leading Insurers and Distributors across strategic advisory projects right through to business and technical change delivery. We are at the cutting edge of the industry and the wider ecosystem, helping our clients improve their profitability, navigate regulatory change and implement new technology solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Work with leading Insurers and Distributors to design and deliver innovative solutions to their most critical technology challenges across Digital, Data and Technology.
- Help Insurers with large transformation including legacy technology application replacement across Underwriting, Claims, Pricing, Finance and other Shared Services.
- Data strategy definition and delivery of data solutions.
- Digital and customer front end design and transformation.
- Lead Programme Scrum teams efficiently managing delivery of workstreams and raising risks to delivery within larger transformation programmes.
- Gather client requirements and prioritise backlogs to deliver best returns for clients.
- Support business case development and present back to senior client stakeholders.
Your skills and experience:
- Experience of working on a minimum of one large scale transformation or technology application upgrade within Insurance/Life & Pensions with a track record of delivering change.
- Knowledge of the technology landscape including the main COTS policy and claims platforms alongside InsurTech players relevant to the industry.
- Strong Business Analyst skills with experience of requirement gathering using different methodologies.
- A desire to learn and grow own skills in supporting Insurers to deliver their Digital, Data and Technology Agenda.
- Strong understanding of how General Insurance/London Markets/Life & Pensions businesses operate and the key processes within them.
- Strong communication and presenting skills.
- An interest in helping to build and develop our capabilities, thought leadership and offerings.
- Proven experience of project and programme delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Bi-modal etc).
- Proven experience in business engagement and business stakeholder management.
- Experience of working in a multi-vendor and multi-stakeholder environment.
