Senior Manager- Asset Management and Operations

Our Transition, Assets and Infrastructure practice are looking for an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join the team. Our Asset & Operations Excellence teams help energy, utilities and industrial clients get more from their physical assets - improving safety, reliability, availability and whole-life cost across the asset lifecycle. We combine deep asset management and engineering expertise with modern enterprise asset management technology and data to help clients move from reactive maintenance to intelligent, insight-led asset management.

What you will be doing:

• You’ll lead the design and delivery of asset management and operational transformations and improvement programs for asset-intensive clients across energy, utilities and major infrastructure companies.
• You will help clients shift to risk/condition based and predictive maintenance strategies driving improvements in asset performance across the whole asset lifecycle.
• You’ll lead providing advisory services related to and optimisation of EAM / CMMS platforms such as IBM Maximo.
• You’ll bring IT and OT together - defining how asset systems, data and cyber-security governance operate end-to-end.
• You will help clients plan and shape the overall digital, technology, AI landscape for asset optimisation.
• You’ll manage day-to-day client relationships and hold commercial and delivery accountability for engagements.
• You’ll build and coach high-performing teams, developing junior colleagues and creating an inclusive, People First environment.
• You’ll help grow our rapidly expanding asset management and operations practice.

Your skills and experience:

• You’ve built your career in asset management or asset-intensive operations.
• You’ve hands-on experience of Enterprise Asset Management and CMMS platforms such as IBM Maximo.
• You understand how asset management systems connect to the wider technology landscape.
• You’ve a strong appreciation of OT/IT integration and change governance.
• You’ve delivered change in a consulting, transformation or major-programme environment.
• You’ve excellent analytical, communication and facilitation skills.
• You will have an understanding on how emergent technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is evolving in the asset management and operations arena.
• You will have a track record of leading workstreams or wider engagements end-to-end.
