Baringa is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Counsel to lead a team of commercial lawyers within its Commercial Legal group in London. The role focuses on complex digital contracts, data, AI, cloud, and technology delivery, with responsibility for guidance, governance and high‑level negotiations.
You will report to the Commercial Legal Director and work with senior stakeholders across the firm, delivering pragmatic legal solutions and coaching team members to progress their careers.
