Our Retail Energy practice is looking for experienced Senior Consultants to join the team. Our Retail, Networks and Water business unit helps regulated utilities and adjacent organisations improve performance, deliver transformation, and strengthen outcomes for customers. We are looking for Senior Consultants to join our thriving and award-winning retail energy practice. Our Energy practice is a dynamic, award-winning team of experts dedicated to tackling the Utilities sector’s most pressing challenges, including driving the transition to Net Zero.
What you will be doing:
- You will work primarily within our Retail Energy go-to-market, while also having the opportunity to contribute to projects across the wider utilities sector.
- You will be a trusted advisor for our clients, helping them identify, assess, design and implement solutions to their most complex business challenges.
- You will support customer and operational transformation programmes across areas such as billing, debt, affordability, vulnerability, field services, data, digital and regulatory change.
- You will conduct structured analysis, build insight from data and translate findings into clear recommendations for client and internal stakeholders.
- You will help clients understand consumer outcomes, commercial value, operational performance and regulatory requirements.
Your skills and experience:
- You will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a utilities retailer, management consultancy, strategic delivery role or adjacent energy industry environment.
- You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-specialists.
- You will have experience using data and analysis to diagnose problems, build insight, develop options and support clear recommendations and decisions.
- You will have programme, project or workstream delivery experience, with the ability to manage priorities, contribute to plans, track actions and support delivery under time pressure.
