Our Telco, Media & Technology practice are looking for experienced Consultants or Senior Consultants to join the team. We are looking for high performing consulting professionals who can combine strong Telco, Media and Technology consulting experience with the entrepreneurial spirit and deep industry expertise needed to provide outstanding work to our clients. We work across global telco providers, publishers, broadcasters, music rights companies, media agencies, technology companies, data centres, and many other organisations.

What you will be doing

Typical engagements include:

  • Helping clients identify and explore where AI and automation could add value, shaping practical use cases and supporting early adoption
  • Designing and delivering business and transformation programmes, incorporating digital tools, analytics and automation where appropriate
  • Supporting organisations to monetise digital products, content and platforms, using data and insight to inform growth decisions
  • Improving customer, partner and user experience across end‑to‑end journeys through digital and data‑enabled change
  • Designing future operating models, considering how people, processes and technology (including automation) work together
  • Supporting organisations through business model evolution (e.g. telco to techco, content to platform, product to ecosystem)
  • Advising on M&A, integration and carve‑outs, supporting value creation through better insight, execution discipline and change delivery.
  • Working across adjacent TMT areas such as media, platforms, data centres, hyperscalers and digital infrastructure

Your skills and experience

We recruit people at all levels based on merit. While our team members typically have excellent academic achievements, we are looking for 'street smart' as well as 'book smart'. Don’t worry about ‘ticking boxes’ if you’ve got the consulting skills and knowledge we are after, we would love to talk to you.

We are interested in consultants with experience across parts of the Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) ecosystem, who combine strong consulting fundamentals with curiosity about how digital, data, automation and AI are shaping organisations. This may include experience or interest in areas such as:

  • TMT value chains, including telecoms, media, platforms, content, data and technology‑enabled businesses
  • Digital products and services, platform and ecosystem business models
  • The application of data, automation and AI to commercial performance, operations or customer experience
  • Data and MI environments, including dashboards, performance management and decision support
  • Commercial and growth models, including pricing, monetisation and partnerships
  • Awareness of emerging technologies influencing TMT, such as cloud, GenAI, platforms and digital infrastructure

Alongside this knowledge, we look for strong consulting skills and a delivery mindset, including:

  • Experience supporting strategy and transformation delivery within TMT organisations
  • Exposure and experience of delivering end‑to‑end change, not just stand‑alone analysis
  • Comfort working alongside digital tools, data and AI, without needing to be a technical specialist
  • Strong data literacy - able to interpret insights and translate them into clear recommendations
  • Clear communication skills, particularly when explaining digital or AI‑related concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
  • A strong focus on outcomes, execution and impact
