Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Capital Excellence: Lead the design, build, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring sustainability, affordability, and efficiency. Manage profit and loss for a portfolio valued between £600-£800M for AMP8.
- Inspire and Lead Teams: Build and lead high-performing, integrated delivery teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate for Impact: Develop and strengthen relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including regulators (EA, Defra), local authorities, councils, and delivery partners.
- Drive Innovation and Sustainability: Lead the adoption of PAS 2080 principles of Avoid - Switch - Improve to reduce carbon and increase natural capital. Deliver innovative, value-driven solutions through rigorous data analysis and root cause investigations.
- Champion Health, Safety, and Well-being: Establish and maintain a culture of care, safety, and learning across all projects and teams.
