Description The Role An exciting opportunity for a talented Account Manager, or an experienced Account Executive ready to step up, to join the Non-Retail Sales Team at Barfoots. The role focuses on delivering strong customer service and driving profitable growth by building relationships, spotting opportunities, and making Barfoots a key partner to customers. You’ll be part of a business with a clear mission to deliver great-tasting vegetable products that are good for you, good for the environment, and easy to use. This is anautonomous role with support, suited to proactive individuals comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Head of Non-Retail Sales, you’ll manage your own accounts while working closely with internal teams. You’ll need to be well organised with good attention to detail, supporting high service levels, managing budgets, tracking performance against forecasts, and sharing clear commercial information to support decision-making. This role suits an ambitious Account Executive or early-career Account Manager looking to step up and take greater commercial ownership, initially managing customers within the box schemes sector of non-retail, with scope to take on wider responsibility over time.
