Barfoots of Botley is seeking a Technical Operator to join our factory team.
Reporting to the Cell Leader, you will oversee the efficient running of production lines and supervise line operatives and agency staff, ensuring timely data capture and implementation of short interval control.
The role operates on a 4 days on / 4 days off, 12-hour shift pattern, in a temperature-controlled environment (3–5 C).
