Barfoots of Botley is seeking a Lead Operative to join our busy Goods In Team at the Sefter site. You will lead a small team, ensure safe handling of goods, and provide coverage when Team Leaders are absent. A counterbalance forklift licence is essential, and experience in FMCG or fresh produce is preferred.
You will be responsible for efficient, safe warehousing tasks, driving continuous improvements and adhering to SOPs while delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers.
